Pet Policy

Pets Welcome Upon Approval. Limit of 2 pets per home. Pet deposit is $500 per pet. A $50 monthly pet rent will be charged per pet. Non-refundable dog fee is $50 and the cat fee is $30. Maximum adult weight is 30 pounds. Breed restrictions apply. Sorry, the following breeds and crossbreeds are restricted: Rottweiler, Doberman Pinschers, Pit Bull, American Staffordshire Terriers, Staffordshire Bull Terriers, American Bull Dogs, German Shepherds, Tosa Inus, Shar Peis, Wolf Hybrids, Dalmations, Chow Chows, Alaskan Malamutes, Basset Hounds, Blood Hounds, Bull Mastiffs, Argentine Dogos, Akitas, Presa Canarios, and Fila Brasileiros. The following pets are also restricted: monkeys, ferrets, snakes, rabbits, livestock, and reptiles. Other pets may also be restricted. Please contact our community for details.
